We process account details, verified email, login and security records, invite usage, active sessions, orders, payment references, support messages and optional consented visit analytics. Consented analytics may include IP address, an approximate country supplied by a trusted hosting proxy, page path, referrer, language, timezone, screen and viewport size, browser/device information and a coarse connection class. We do not request exact GPS location, contacts, files, clipboard contents, installed-font lists, canvas fingerprints, wallet private keys, seed phrases or full payment credentials. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and TOTP secrets are protected separately.

Data is used to provide access, confirm first sign-in and password recovery, verify payments, deliver purchases, prevent fraud, protect accounts, operate backups, send requested notifications and diagnose failures. Optional analytics is used only after consent and is not used to build advertising profiles.
Necessary cookies keep you signed in, preserve security state, protect administrative forms and remember your cookie choice. Optional analytics stores a random first-party visitor ID and the limited technical visit information described above only after consent. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer. Choosing Necessary only does not block account access.
Expired tokens, revoked sessions, old analytics, CSP reports and technical logs are cleaned automatically according to configured retention periods. Transaction, audit and security records may be retained longer for accounting, dispute handling, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention or legal duties. Backups rotate and are not kept indefinitely.
You may request correction or deletion of eligible account data, disable optional notifications and close active sessions. Some transaction, security or audit records cannot be removed immediately when retention is legally required or necessary to protect users and the service. Requests are verified to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
